So, tonight i roasted a chicken for dinner. A whole chicken. I have never cooked a whole chicken before and, aside from the disgusting task that is removing the giblets and neck before cooking, the process was super easy. It even turned out really well. I was so surprised by this last detail that i felt like i needed to share my success. Of course, i warned Andy and Sofia that the next one i cook will probably be horrible.
