Inspired by Amy Karol over at angrychicken, i decided to give butter-making a try. I used the food processor method, which basically entails putting some cream in a Cuisinart and turning it on. That's it.
Once it was finished, i added some red sea salt for flavor and smushed it into my French butter dish. Here's how it looks:
Oh, for those of you who care, about 8oz of cream made roughly 8oz of butter, and it took about 20 minutes, because the cream was cold.
