I had another appointment with my physical therapist yesterday, and i learned yet another interesting item about my body: I apparently have overdeveloped external oblique muscles. This essentially means i have a carrier for a six-pack, but no cans of beer to go in it.
Sarah, my PT, asked me if i could maybe "stop doing those oblique-y [exercises] for a while?" (She actually said "oblique-y things", but i figured you guys would need some clarification on that.)
As far as my back goes, it is well on the way to recovery; my twisted T-12 vertebra is slowly coming back around, and no chiropractor will be needed. Sarah doesn't seem to think my wonky pelvis is worth worrying about, and i should be good as new in a month.
